Description
The French designer Patrick Norguet created Vareuse, a sweatshirt for La Manufacture. The name suggests a timeless piece of workwear, functional yet comfortable, incorporating a number of details to evoke the beauty in “making”.
Vareuse boldly associates the comfort of cotton with the dated charm of corduroy panels. Patrick approached this design as an extension of his furniture collection. Like Calice, Gardian and Astra, Vareuse is deeply rooted in French cultural heritage and exemplifies values he cares about: generosity, simplicity and elegance.
